Refund and Returns Policy
A clear return process for toaster orders, including eligibility, defect review, refund timing, and how to contact support.
30-day window
Return requests should be started within 30 days after delivery unless a different period is shown at checkout or required by law.
Original condition
Standard returns require the item to be unused, clean, complete, and in original packaging.
Defect review
If the product arrives damaged or defective, contact us quickly with photos or video so we can review the issue.
Return eligibility
To request a standard return, email service@saletoaster.com with your order number and reason for return. Please wait for return instructions before sending the item back.
Because toasters are food-contact kitchen appliances, a product that has been used for food preparation may not be eligible for a standard change-of-mind return. If the product is defective or arrived damaged, we will review the case separately.
How to start a return

| 2. Wait for instructions | Do not ship the item back until you receive return instructions and the correct return address. |
| 3. Pack the item | Return the item in original packaging with all included accessories and documentation, when applicable. |
| 4. Refund review | After the return is received and inspected, approved refunds are issued to the original payment method. |
Refund timing
If a refund is approved, SaleToaster will submit the refund to the original payment method. Your bank, card issuer, or payment provider may need additional time to post it to your account.
Items that may not be eligible
- Used products returned for change-of-mind reasons.
- Items missing original packaging, accessories, or documentation.
- Products damaged by misuse, improper cleaning, or unauthorized repair.
- Items marked final sale, if such status was clearly shown before purchase.
